Every Visit;
- Sweep and wash entrance
- Clean front door, polish door furniture, clean both sides of glass
- Clean all internal communal windows
- Clean intercom system and light switches
- Shake out door mats
- Dust accessible interior ledges and skirting boards
- Dust and polish hand rails
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Vacuum/sweep and mop all uncarpeted areas
- Check and replace light bulbs as necessary (chargeable)
- Remove all unwanted post and circulars and place in bins
- Report any other works needed/potential problems (graffiti, dumped items, damage to property etc)
Once a month
- Sweep out and disinfect bin stores once a month
- Dust all accessible light fittings, internal and external
- Clean marks from walls where possible
