Question: We manage a local property and have been let down by our current grounds maintenance and cleaning contractors. Do you offer this type of service?
Answer: Yes, we offer full grounds maintenance service to include lawned areas, beds, car parks, bin stores, paved areas etc and can produce a specification to suit your needs. We also offer a Commercial Block Cleaning service to maintain the internal communal areas of the property, so you only have one point of contact. All of our services are carried out by professional well trained specialist staff.

Question: We are planning a new housing development including open spaces that will require landscaping. However, the soil quality is poor. Do your services include improving and maintaining the quality of the soil?
Answer: Yes - depending on the reason for the poor quality and your budget.

Question: We would like something eye-catching and original for the show house garden on our estate of executive homes. Will you able to give us a variety of options from which to make a choice?
Answer: Yes. We will discuss your requirements and preferences with you and make various suggestions that will have the desired impact. We can also maintain it and add the planting according to the seasons for maximum impact at all times.

Question: We need ongoing care and maintenance for the grounds of our residential estate. Can you suggest a scheme that will include colour and interest all year round?
Answer: Yes this can be done. We can also provide seasonal planting to enhance the overall appearance of the grounds. We will also advise on the most suitable plants for particular locations.

Question: The gardens of properties owned by our Housing Association are suffering badly from Japanese Knot Weed. How effective are the treatments you use?
Answer: We can achieve very good results in just a few weeks, after which further treatment is not normally required. There are stringent legal requirements for treating this highly invasive plant. It is illegal to cut it down and move it, even within the same site, unless it has been treated and allowed to die back. Call in the experts, we can deal with it for you effectively and efficiently.

Question: I am starting on a building project and there are many trees on site which need attention, can you help?
Answer: Yes, we can provide a full, professional survey of the site and liase with the local council to search for TPOs and obtain permission to carry out any works. We can then arrange for the work to take place using highly qualified staff and very strict health and safety practices.
